All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of any cancellation and provide a full refund if payment has already been processed.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Versali does not store your credit card information on our servers.
By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your designated payment method. All charges are final once your order has been confirmed, subject to our returns and refunds policy.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping timelines, methods, and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Versali is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Our return and exchange policy is subject to the conditions outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
All content on the Versali website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photography, video, software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of Versali or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Versali name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Versali. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
You may view, download, and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Versali, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
