All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.

We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible, including recycled cardboard boxes and biodegradable tissue paper, because luxury and sustainability should go hand in hand.

Email support@versali.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization within 24 hours.

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the Return Authorization form in the package.

Use the prepaid shipping label provided (for Canadian returns) or ship via your preferred carrier. Keep your tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please contact support@versali.com immediately if you need to make changes.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Yes. If you need a different size or color, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend ordering the replacement before shipping the return to ensure availability.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
